Delivery Policy
my-jointwell.com Online Purchase order will be delivery via EasyParcel. Orders received for delivery should arrive within 3-5 business days (not including public holiday and weekend) later for West Malaysia depending on area shipped to after payment received. For East Malaysia order received for delivery should arrive within 6-8 business days (not include public holiday and weekend) later depending on area shipped to after payment received.
We will deliver to the shipping address that customer specified. However, additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete or a correction is required by courier service. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.
Delivery will not be offered on weekend and public holiday. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.

For international delivery, the delivery fee will be based on the box dimension, weight and/or destination of the order, therefore, the delivery fee may be varied from time to time. Please contact us before place order.
Delivery Schedule
Parcel delivery
Notification email “Order Confirmation Email” will be sent to your email within 24 hours after we received your payment. Your order will then be shipped out within 1 to 2 working days. Once shipped out, you will be notified with a tracking number of your order.
Our delivery service is operating on Monday to Friday (not include public holiday). The delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or ant type of natural disaster.
