Ordering Products:

Jointwell Marketing Sdn. Bhd. may refuse or be unable to process your order if :
– The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available.
– Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price.
– You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.
Order Cancellation
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once you order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, the order will be “Sent to Warehouse,” it has entered the delivery process and no further changes can be made.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping in my-jointwell.com website and this policy applies to products purchased from my-jointwell.com website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to help.
Returns (7 day Guarantee – Damage Products)
Jointwell Marketing Sdn. Bhd. will provide an exchange for damaged products within 7 days from the products received date under original and unused condition. Product return are not allowed after 7 days from received date.
Please email us at sales@my-jointwell.com with your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and REASON FOR RETURN, or contact us at 03-6188 1595; and once approved, we will forward you the details on completing the exchange. We will NOT accept any returns if no email of approval has been sent, BEFORE sending the products to us.
Refunds (out of stock)
Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. Notification notice of refund will be provided via email or phone.
