Term & Condition

“JOINTWELL MORE GREEN® CASHBACK CAMPAIGN – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Overview: These terms and conditions govern the “Jointwell More Green® Cashback Campaign” (the “Campaign”) for more Green® (the “Product”), provided by Jointwell Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (the “Company”). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Eligibility:
    • The Campaign is open to legal residents of Malaysia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
    • Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtained parental consent prior to participation in the Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, such consent is deemed to have been obtained.
  3. Campaign Period:
    • The Campaign begins on 1st October 2024, 12:00am and ends on 31st January 2025, 11:59pm (the “Campaign Period”), or until all reload pins have been fully redeemed.
    • All claims for cashback must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date as shown on the receipt.
  4. How to Participate”
    • Purchase at least 3 tins of the Product in a single receipt from an authorized retailer (LINK: https://my-jointwell.com/moregreen_cashback) or through the Company’s official website. Mix and match of different flavors from the Product series is allowed.
    • Retain the original printed receipt with full details of the merchant and products. Handwritten receipt is not accepted.
    • Complete the online submission form at [https://forms.gle/EFfnMLbrxCzEc4c58] and upload a copy of your receipt.
  5. Cashback Offer:
    • Participants will receive RM1-RM20 cashback on each eligible purchase of the Product.
    • The cashback amount will be provided in the form of Touch ‘n Go reload pin.
  6. Submission Requirements:
    • Only purchase made during the Campaign period are eligible
    • Submission must include a valid receipt with the required information as specified below,

      3. Product purchase
      4. Purchase amount
    • Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be processed.
  1. Processing and Payment:
    • Cashback claims will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the submission.
