Method:
1) Put the avocado, banana, matcha powder and milk into a blender.

Purple Sweet Potato Yogurt Shake
Material:
75g purple sweet potato
1/2 cup yogurt
250 ml milk
Method:
1) Peel and cut the purple sweet potato then steam until cooked.
2) Put the cooked purple sweet potato, yogurt and milk into a blender and stir until smooth.
Banana Oatmeal Shake
Material:
A banana
Half bowl of oats
250 ml milk
Method:
1) Soak the oats in boiling water and cut the banana into small pieces.
2) Put the oats, banana and milk into a blender and stir until smooth.
Golden Pumpkin Milkshake
Material:
100g pumpkin
1/2 cup yogurt
250ml milk
Method:
1) Peel and cut the pumpkin then steam until cooked.
2) Put the cooked pumpkin, yogurt and milk into a blender and stir until smooth.
