ROASTED MUSHROOM WITH QUAIL EGGS
Today we would like to share with you a recipe of “Roasted Mushroom and Quail Eggs”. This is a simple and easy delicacy, thus it can be a parent-child delicacy that can be prepare with children. St. George’s mushroom is delicate in texture, delicious in taste, tender and smooth in the bite, providing vitamin D that our body needed. Regular consumption of this mushroom can also boost our natural immune system. Quail eggs are known as “animal’s ginseng”. Its lecithin content is particularly high, which is beneficial for children’s growth and development, including brain development.

Materials:
8 Mushrooms (Calocybe gambosa/ St. George’s mushroom)
8 Quail Eggs
Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Sea Salt
Some Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Some Fresh Rosemary
Methods:
1. Remove the stalk of the mushroom.
2. Soak the mushrooms in clean water for 5 minutes. Wash twice with gills facing down and drain.
3. Place aluminum foil on the baking tray, put the mushrooms neatly with the folds facing up and brush the olive oil on the mushrooms with a brush.
4. Add some freshly ground sea salt on the mushroom.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and put the baking tray into the middle of the oven.
7. Take out the baking tray and beat the quail eggs into the mushroom gills.
8. Then add some black pepper on the quail eggs. Wash the rosemary, shake it dry, cut into small pieces of about 3 cm and place the rosemary on top.
9. Return the baking tray to the middle of the oven and continue to bake for 5-8 minutes.
10. Finally, take out the baked mushroom and quail eggs and put it on a plate. Serve and enjoy it with your children.
