3 FOODS PREVENT MYOPIA IN CHILDREN

High chromium foods include: cereals, meat, cheese, egg yolks.
#3 Eat More Hard Foods
Eating hard foods that require chewing are good foods for exercising the eye muscles. When chewing hard foods can increase the strength of jaw and facial muscles as well as eye muscles. Strong eye muscles can change the shape of lens to focus on objects and avoid myopia.
Hard foods include: carrots, fruits, cabbage, nuts, beans.
In addition to eat more foods that good for eye development in children through their daily diet, parents should educate their children with the knowledge in eye care and protect their eyesight.
