What is the best time to exercise in the morning or in the evening?

Since we have not eaten all night, our body mainly utilizes stored fat to provide energy in the early morning before breakfast. Studies have shown that within 1-2 hours after exercise, physical fatigue will gradually be reflected. This period of time is easier falling asleep, so after running at night, take a bath, just to enter the rhythm of sleep.

Compared with the morning exercise, the weight loss effect of night running is also effective.
