Ingredients:
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup of dairy milk or plant-based milk (oat milk/ almond milk)
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup
Fruits (banana/ strawberries/ kiwi)
Toppings (nuts/ chocolate chips)
Instructions:
1.In a large bowl, mix all together Greek yogurt, honey, milk, chia seeds and rolled oats. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
2.Pour into a glass jar and cover with lid.
3.Place in the refrigerator to chill overnight for 8 hours.
4.The next day, you can serve with your favorite fruits or toppings.
5.Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
OPTIONAL: You can also heat your oats in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or transfer the oats to a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through. Add more liquid as needed if the oats get too thick/dry.
